Art Faschan

Mr. Faschan lives in New Port Richey, Florida, where from his studio window, he can watch his horses and dog frolicking in the paddock on the ranch he shares with his wife, Gail.

About the artist...

In 1999 Mr. Faschan acquired national recognition with a work he created a portrait of Gene Autry for the Golden Boot Awards to benefit the Motion Picture and Television Fund in Beverly Hills, CA.  Over the course of four years he created portraits of Clayton Moore, Chuck Norris, Eli Wallach, Peter Fonda, Stuart Whitman, among others.

He created a Portrait of Memories of Neil Armstrong which was commissioned by creators of a memorial to Neil Armstrong and the Lunar Lem in Armstrong's home town in Ohio.

He has had numerous appearances on Tampa area television stations, as well as exposure through newspaper and magazine articles throughout the country.  The article that excited Mr. Faschan the most was in the Cowboys and Indians publication, featuring his portrait of Hank Williams Sr., which was commissioned by Jett Williams, his daughter.

His artwork has adorned walls in art galleries all over the state and also hangs in fine homes and corporate offices throughout the United States, Canada and Australia.
